Shipping and Returns


You can depend on Little America.

Little America sells a wide variety of English materials all over Japan. We carry English materials appropriate for all levels, from preschool to adults. We are here to serve you and will ship your order within 48 hours of receipt of your order on weekdays.

Feel free to order using any of the following methods:

PAYMENT METHOD (We ask all orders to be prepaid.)

There are four types of payment methods:

1. Cash on Delivery service (C.O.D) method

The customers who choose this type of method can pay by cash upon receipt of delivery. The service charge from the carrier is 385 yen per order. Putting the request date and time is recommended when filling out the order form.

2. Credit card payment method

We can accept the following credit cards: JCB, AMEX, Visa and Master Card.

  

Orders via credit cards will ONLY be accepted for online purchases. If you prefer credit card payment for phone and fax orders, please let us know and we will email you an invoice for credit card payment.

3. Orders via PayPal

We also accept online payment Via PayPal.

Orders via PayPal will ONLY be accepted for online purchases.

Little America will cancel orders when bank payment methods are not transferred within 10 days.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are 770 yen for anywhere in Japan, except Hokkaido = 1,000yen, and Okinawa=1,400 yen. Shipping is FREE when the total amount of the purchase is over 11,000 yen (with tax) after any discounts.

DISCOUNT SYSTEM

All customers are eligible to receive discounts.

  • All Book Store customers: 10% for all Little America originals.
  • All TEMI members: 20% for all Little America originals, 15% for all other items.

CANCELLATION

If the wrong product or a damaged product is delivered to you, we will replace the product(s) and cover all shipping charges. Please FIRST email or call us so we can receive the information from you. Returns may be accepted C.O.D. after we receive your email or phone call. We also accept reasonable cancellations, but please understand that you must absorb the shipping and bank transfer charges in this case.

All product returns are subject to the following conditions:

1. You have not used the product
2. You notify Little America within 7 days from the date of delivery
3. You return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery
